Refinance: Borrower(s) credit score is 740 or greater, the mortgage is for a single family owner occupied property, a loan to value (LTV) or 75% or less, no cash out, and a loan amount of $200,000.

Your actual APR will be determined based on Property Type, Loan Amount, Loan to Value Ratio and Credit History. Flood insurance may be required. Taxes and insurance premiums, if applicable, are not included and the actual payment obligation will be greater.
