Fixed Rate Mortgage:

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) assumes:
Credit score is 720 or greater, the mortgage is for a single family owner occupied property or second home, a 20% minimum down payment, and a loan amount of $200,000.

Your actual APR will be determined based on Property Type, Loan Amount, Loan to Value Ratio and Credit History. Flood insurance may be required. Taxes and insurance premiums, if applicable, are not included and the actual payment obligation will be greater.

Conforming Loan Limits apply: One Unit - $424,100, Two Unit - $543,000, Three Unit - $656,350, Four Unit - $815,650.

Adjustable Rate Mortgage:

These rates apply to real estate purchase transactions

Annual Percentage Rate (APR) assumes 20% down payment (purchase) or 80% LTV  on a single family owner-occupied property or second home.
Your actual APR will be determined based on Property Type, Loan Amount, Loan to Value Ratio and Credit History.  Flood insurance may be required. Taxes and insurance premiums, if applicable, are not included and the actual payment obligation will be greater.
Minimum credit score of 720. Rate is variable and may increase after consummation and subject to change after the initial ARM period noted. After that period, and every year thereafter until maturity, the interest rate can adjust based on current market conditions.
Since the index in the future is unknown, the “Fully Indexed Rate” is based on the current index plus margin as of 1/18/2017.

5/1 & 7/1 ARM products:

$25,000 minimum loan amount and maximum loan amount of $1,000,000.
The index is based on the One Year LIBOR.  The margin is 2.25%.
5/1 ARM – the first adjustment is limited to 2%, and each adjustment thereafter is limited to 2%, and total adjustments over the life of the loan are limited to 5%.
7/1 ARM – the first adjustment is limited to 5%, and each adjustment thereafter is limited to 2%, and total adjustments over the life of the loan are limited to 5%.
